Our Friends at The Paint Doctor sent this to us. We think it’s a great marketing idea and right on point.
With temperatures still hitting 90F, it’s hard to believe that Labor Day and temperate fall weather are right around the corner. But, the dog days of summer are the perfect time to think seriously about consulting The Paint Doctor regarding your exterior painting projects. Fall’s 70 degree weather is the ideal temperature for exterior painting and staining. Cooler temperatures and less humid weather mean exterior paint will adhere better to your home and have a lower risk of peeling as the paint ages. But, don’t wait too long to schedule your painting project. It’s best if The Paint Doctor paints your exterior before nighttime temperatures fall below 35F because, again, there could be adhesion problems.
Now that we have you thinking about the exterior of your home, let’s talk about interior painting projects! If you think you might be entertaining friends and family for Thanksgiving, Chanukah, Christmas, or New Year’s, now is the time to also schedule interior painting so that you can be on The Paint Doctor’s schedule as soon as possible. In the meantime, we hope your summer ends happily, with fond memories, and great expectations for Fall and Winter.
